Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in Engineering (preferably Mechanical Electronics) or Architecture, Industrial Design/Lighting design
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent verbal/written communication and professional presentation skills
- Excellent business or sales development, persuasion and follow-through skills, resourcefulness, and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and a great team player
- Proven track record of designing, selling, and/or deploying industrial technology solutions; preferably in the Lighting Sector
- Having a driving license
Key Responsibilities:
- To support the achievement of the determined targets by strengthening communication with existing customers in foreign markets in accordance with corporate goals, strategies, and policies.
- Supporting sales executives in sales workflow processes.
- Supporting sales executives in reporting and analysis
- Contact new customers or HEPER’s customer database using cold calls, LinkedIn, emailing, etc.
- To ensure the sustainability of the relations with the existing customers of the company
- Keep CRM updated with customer information, meeting notes, project details, and email tracking
- Ensuring coordination between customers and strategic partners in the region of responsibility
- Evaluating the standards and product needs of the countries in the regions.
- Act as a communication bridge between customers and other departments, such as Production, Planning, Quality, Marketing, and R&D
- Examining customer complaints and requests, contacting relevant departments, and developing solutions in accordance with customer needs
- Ensure that products are developed and produced in accordance with customer demands
- Responsible for offering solutions with existing products
- To ensure that the communication between the customer and the company takes place quickly
- To prepare the contracts and technical specifications
