QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Regnum Hotels, one of the leading brands in the accommodation sector located in Belek Tourism Center, is looking for teammates to join our dynamic and professional team in the Villa Department as Villa Guest Assistant at Regnum Carya and the soon-to-open Regnum The Crown, which will open its doors in June 2025."

Qualifications & Professional Attributes for Villa Guest Agent Service:

· Educational Background: A graduate of a respected four-year university, with a solid academic foundation.

· Multilingual Proficiency: Fluent in English, with a high level of proficiency in at least one additional language, such as Russian, French, German, or Polish, enabling seamless communication with a diverse clientele.

· Experience in Luxury Villa Hospitality: Over two years of hands-on experience in luxury villa or high-end boutique hotel environments, with a deep understanding of personalized service and exclusive guest experiences.

· Guest-Centered Service Philosophy: Strongly committed to providing exceptional, tailor-made experiences for each guest, ensuring every need is anticipated and fulfilled with the highest standards of hospitality.

· Team Collaboration: A dedicated team player, able to collaborate effectively with villa staff, service teams, and external partners, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

· Adaptability in High-Pressure Environments: Proven ability to maintain composure and deliver exceptional service in dynamic, fast-paced environments, particularly when managing multiple guest requests or complex itineraries.

· Strong Decision-Making & Accountability: Capable of making informed, effective decisions with confidence, while taking full responsibility for outcomes, ensuring guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

· Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: Known for building positive and lasting relationships with guests, anticipating their preferences, and personalizing interactions to enhance their overall experience.
