You are the right candidate for this position, if you have:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university
- Fluent English both in speaking and writing is a must.
- Experience in health sector is a plus
- Improved verbal and written expression skills,
- Knowledge of MS Office programs
- Good at human relations, representation and persuasion
- Skilled in planning, organization and reporting
You will be expected to:
- Responsible of the whole experience of patient at the hospital
- Informing patients about the additional operations and increase the cross selling.
- Getting reviews from the patients about their experience for the digital sources that we have ratings in order to increase review scores.
- Determination and follow-up of the patient's post-operative control appointments by discussing with the doctor
- Follow-up of patient’s hotel and transfer details.
- Going to the doctor's control together before the operation, informing the doctor about the operations of the patient and the additional operations they are interested in.
