QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
The successful candidate will be responsible for the should have the following tasks and duties:
- Maintaining regular contact with all customers through customer visits, demonstrations and negotiations to achieve sales targets
- Understanding key customers’ needs and requirements, expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis, and preparing related reports
- Finding new customers, new markets and new opportunities
- Actively participating in trade fair events
- Monitoring the entire sales process from collection to product delivery
- Being responsible for business development of sales activities
- Ensuring that the organization gets a preferred supplier status through excellence in customer service
- Acting as a team member between different departments such as finance/accounting, logistics and R&D
- Overseeing proposals and payments of customers
- Preparing the report on customer visits, sales and payment
The successful candidate should have the following experience and skills:
- BS degree preferably in Chemical Engineering, Industrial or Metallurgical and Materials Engineering and MS degree in MBA
- Minimum 7-8 years of industrial B to B sales experience, preferably in the chemicals sector
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good at written and spoken English
- Advanced computer skills and knowledge of MS Office programs
- Strong communication skills and taking active role as a team member
- Target oriented thinking
- Strong planning, organizational skills
- No restriction for travelling
- Candidates should have a driving license and experience
