QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in international trade, export and import.
· Having knowledge in following sectors are plus: chemicals, industrial minerals.
· Export experience and having a knowledge about ME and African countries are plus.
· Experience in living / working abroad is a plus.
· Bachelor’s degree is a must and master’s degree is a plus.
· Experience in container/bulk sales.
· Able to market analysis related to the sectors.
· Very good knowledge of MS Office.
· Knowledge about budget management, international trade and taxations.
· Advanced planning and organization skills, time management, strong decision making.
· Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude and sales oriented.
· Advanced level of English is a must, having a knowledge in French & Arabic is a plus.
· No obstacle to travel.
· Completed military service for male candidates.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Preparing an effective business plan for all projects to achieve the desired target.
· Gaining new customers in new markets and increasing sales volume of company.
· To conduct surveys and market research to study and analyze the changing needs of the customers.
· To develop plans and strategies by coordinating with local representatives in Africa to achieve the sales target
· Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
· Negotiate the marketing and communication plans within the key markets in liaise with the BD team and local representatives and other parties involved.
· Recommend appropriate policies regarding pricing, product and market evaluations and marketing plans.
· Maintain knowledge on all competitor products and activities.
· Monitoring all sales transactions and reviewing all customer response for all orders and payments.
· Providing required activity reports to management.
· Monitoring the day-to-day developments in the market and industry.
· Ensuring good relationship with the customers.
· Monitoring market conditions and take necessary actions to ensure smooth cash flow.
· Ensuring the delivery of orders on time and under agreed conditions.
· Familiar with trade rules and logistic operations.
· Ability to work in multicultural environments and a good team worker.
