QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for building the sales team of the Turkish branch, including building the sales expert team for the Turkish market and surrounding countries.
2. Be responsible for the management of team benefits such as insurance, social insurance payments, enrollment and disenrollment of team members, etc.
3. Be responsible for the daily management of the office and the payment of relevant expenses, including electricity bills, internet fees, and office rental fees, etc.
4. Be responsible for notifying and relaying relevant matters from the China headquarters. At the same time, coordinate and supervise the completion of the team's performance.
5. Be responsible for daily attendance statistics, leave approval, and benefit distribution within the team.
6.Cooperate with the finance department to be responsible for the distribution of the team's salaries.
7. Other tasks that need to be completed in cooperation with the China headquarters.
Job requirements:
1. Have more than 1 year of work experience in the same position.
