We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Executive for our business partner operating in the technology sector.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, HAY job evaluation, methodology and Grading Systems, and Salary Surveys.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Detail-oriented, comfortable with multi-tasking responsibilities.
- Respect for confidentiality.
- Strong experience in personnel budgeting and workforce planning.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluency in English.
Job Description
- Participate in all Compensation & Benefits (C&B) processes, including salary reviews, variable pay structures, job evaluations, and market benchmarking.
- Analyze and optimize the company’s C&B structure to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Track market trends and policies, providing data-driven recommendations to align with corporate objectives.
- Manage incentive programs, ensuring sales premiums and bonus schemes support business goals.
- Oversee personnel budgeting, workforce cost planning, and financial alignment.
- Prepare and manage budgeting and reporting for compensation, benefits, and incentives.
- Conduct analyses and simulations to support salary reviews, promotions, and job adjustments.
- Support the digitalization and automation of C&B processes for greater efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws on compensation and benefits.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (HRBPs, department heads) and external partners (consultants, payroll, and benefits vendors) to drive best practices.
