General Qualifications
- Graduated from relevant departments of universities (preferably Business Administration, Economics, etc.)
- At least 1 year of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Advanced knowledge of English
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and preferably with ERP experience
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Ability to pay attention to detail in business processes and procurement.
- Ability to follow market trends and closely monitor developments in the sector.
- Completion of military service for male candidates.
Job Description
- Classifying the incoming purchase requests according to the demand evaluation criteria and initiating the purchasing process
- Researching suppliers according to the requirements of the incoming demand and obtaining offers according to the determined specifications.
- Negotiating with suppliers, obtaining discounts or alternative offers to meet the necessary conditions.
- If there is no registered supplier qualified to meet the demand, search for new suppliers.
- Check current documents to create a new supplier record and complete the current record.
- Creating SAP purchase requests for company-wide requests.
- To carry out the registrations and transactions required to be made on ERP and other relevant platforms of the company in coordination with the Factory Manager regarding the purchases subject to the investment.
- To follow up the orders to ensure that they are delivered at the right time and in the right way
- To follow up invoice approval and goods receipt processes for all procurement processes and take necessary actions.
- Taking an active role in the committees and project teams to which he/she is assigned.
- To follow all sources, circulars, procedures and developments related to the legal and administrative legislation related to the subject, and to report to the management on the impact of these developments on the company.
