As Arçelik-LG Klima San. ve Tic. A.Ş. we are looking for a Direct Purchasing Specialist who will work within the Purchasing Department in our factory located in Gebze Organize Sanayi Bölgesi.
- University degree preferably in Mechanical / Industrial / Metallurgy and Material Engineering,
- Having minimum 2 years experience in purchasing
- Fluency in English is a must
- Successfully execute internal / external customer relations
- Advanced negotiation skills
- Has knowledge of using SAP MM and / or SAP SRM
- No travel restriction both for domestic and international
- Have ability of solving problems and analytical minded
- Team-work oriented

What do we expect from you?
- Searching for local and international suppliers, executing supplier relations and organising business relations with them
- Executing material cost improvement activities
- Executing localization studies
- Preparing Sourcing Contracts for the supplier which he/she responsible
- Following up every business issue effecting material cost. Supporting related departments in terms of quality, capacity and supply problems
- Taking initial responsiblity and coordination for the every study related with material cost in Arçelik-LG
- Taking responsible for solving supplier caused scraps and every losses. And reporting results monthly
- Taking related actions in new product development activities which is related to supply issues
- Following up market conditions for the materials which he/she responsible
- Taking initial role for the supplier performance evaluation process for his/her suppliers
- Reporting every cost changes which effects her/his responsible materials
- Following up daily market raw material and exchange rate fluctiations and reporting them
