We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialistto join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle to attract, hire, and retain top talent aligned with our company’s values and strategic goals. This role involves close collaboration with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver effective hiring solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new ideas to run a new generation of selection processes.
• Manage job postings and employer branding initiatives.
• Seek partnerships in the field of talent management and to ensure the development of the tool.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment reports.
• Participate in job fairs, career events, and employer branding activities.
• Track key recruitment metrics to improve strategies and processes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.
• Fluency in English.
