We are looking for a “Spare Parts Order Specialist” to join our team at our Istanbul central office, bringing positive energy and contributing to our strength.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics Management or relevant discipline
  • 2-3 years of experience in order management processes
  • Preferably experienced in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) sector
  • Strong communication skills
  • Successful in customer management with strong representation abilities
  • Intermediate level of English
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
  • Preferably experienced with SAP order management system
  • Skilled in presentation and reporting
  • Strong planning and time management abilities
  • Innovative, creative, and solution-oriented


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Managing spare parts orders for air conditioning products, and managing the process with high customer satisfaction
  • Managing spare parts order payments and account balances
  • Managing open customer orders and informing business partners about updated delivery dates
  • Responding to requests from the Business Partners Portal and resolving them
  • Acting as a key user in the development of the Business Partners Portal
  • Providing recommendations to authorized service centers regarding spare parts stock and ensuring the conversion into orders
  • Actively participating in planning, organizing, and tracking campaign processes
  • Being responsible for product tree and spare parts master data maintenance
  • Updating spare parts manuals on the Portal and in applications
  • Providing necessary training on spare parts orders and Portal usage, and create training documents
  • Following regulations related to spare parts
  • Providing support to authorized service centers on spare parts Portal usage and maintaining communication with them
  • Performing export controls for Cyprus and CIS orders
  • Collecting and archiving necessary data to ensure compliance with documentation procedures
  • Reporting target control criteria related to responsibilities and ensure all necessary actions are taken to achieve the targets
