Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/Associate degree,
- Preferably 1 year of work experience in call centers,
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills on the phone
- Proper use of diction,
- Adaptable to flexible working hours and shifts,
- Preferably good command of English,
- For male candidates; completion of military service
- Preferably living in the Anatolian Side of Istanbul
