Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/Associate degree preferably in Tourism/Hotel Management/Travel Agency/Tourism Guidance,
- Good command of English,
- Preferably 1 year of work experience in travel agencies or call centers,
- Good communication skills,
- Being able to work with a focus on guest satisfaction,
- Capable of effective teamwork,
- Adaptable to flexible working hours,
- No restrictions to travel required by the job in certain periods,
- Living in the Anatolian Side of Istanbul.
Job Description
- Fulfilling the requests received by the call center,
- Informing the guest about the service/products and following up the process.
