Adamar International Maritime Services Inc. founded in 2003/in İzmir; is a leader in the ship supply sector, and offers professional services to vessels calling at all Ports & Straits of Türkiye with four branch offices located in İzmir/Aliağa, İstanbul/Tuzla, Mersin/Akdeniz.
We are looking for a ‘Customer Management Representative’ and offer you the chance to join our team at our head office in İzmir/Aliağa
General Qualifications
· At least Bachelor's degree
· Experienced or not, but enthusiastic to learn and improve themselves
· Excellent command of both written and spoken English (At least C1)
· Ability to use MS Office software fluently (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
· Good follow-up skills, strong organizational and coordination skills
· Ability to build relationships in a multicultural environment
· Ability to build and maintain positive relationships and work in a team-orientated environment
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Job Description
· Follow-up & respond to incoming emails/phone calls from customers.
· Follow-up the purchase orders and send out purchase order confirmations.
· Follow-up the progress of purchase order delivery process and update customers accordingly.
· Inform the customer about their order delivery outcome.
· Investigate and resolve the post-delivery queries/feedback from customers.
· Providing assistance to the Sales Manager and other members of the sales team.
· Daily reporting to the Sales Manager.
· Act as a contact point (bridge) between customers & other departments of the company.
