QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Rixos Hotels, with 25 years of experience in the tourism sector, continues to grow worldwide as a Turkish brand with new investments, driven by a management model based on dynamic, flexible, and proactive strategies. Currently, we operate 43 different hotels, theme parks, and special projects across 3 continents and 8 countries.

In Turkey, we provide services to our guests in various concepts with a talented workforce of approximately 8,000 people in the Antalya, Muğla, and Istanbul regions.

We are seeking a valuable team member for the position of “ CRM Specialist ” to be considered at Rixos Premium Belek.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting CRM data analytical studies regularly and guiding the decision processes by utilizing data,
  • Conducting monitor studies of reputation and in order to achieve continuous improvement of the guest experience in Rixos Hotels,
  • Analysing guest data and transforming analysed data into value to understand habits and trends of guests,
  • Continuous monitoring of current and potential guests' expectations, follow-ups of satisfaction levels, manner-behaviour trends and preparing action plans accordingly,
  • Taking necessary actions to ensure that guest data is accurate, up-to-date and in line with targets,
  • Taking responsibility by initiating in end-to-end processes in guest experience and guest journey designs,
  • Ensuring that guest communication is implemented regularly, consistently, in integrity of language harmonious with guest expectations,
  • Regular follow-up of developments for the guest experience roadmap, establishing action recommendations and their subsequent implementation,

Requirements:

  • Mainly focused on Guest Satisfaction as an employee,
  • Deliver analytical thinking skills,
  • Open to development with strong communication, being proactive and solution oriented,
  • Ability to use MS Office and Fidelio Suite 8 programs,
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics CRM program,
  • At least 2 years of experience in CRM,
  • Bachelor’s Degree is a must,
  • Advanced level of English is required (second language is preferred),
