What we do
Pioneering the energy transformation in Türkiye with a particular focus on sustainability and the vision for a better future for all, Enerjisa Enerji provides service to 25 percent of Türkiye in electricity distribution and retail, which are the main fields of activities of the company. Being the prominent player in the industry, our company reaches 10.7 million customers in 14 provinces and provides electricity distribution services to more than 22 million users. Furthermore, while Enerjisa Enerji offers renewable energy, efficiency, and green energy solutions to its customers via its Energy of My Business brand, the company also operates the first and fastest charging station network in Türkiye with Eşarj, the company of which Enerjisa owns majority of its shares.

What awaits you in this role
We are looking for fellow team members for our People and Culture team.
- Work at Enerjisa Enerji People & Culture Shared Functions Team and point of contact between Enerjisa Business Units,
- Support and execute organizational development strategies and initiatives for aligned with the company's overall goals to enhance organizational effectiveness, employee satisfaction and engagement,
- Control organizational effectiveness and identify strengths, weaknesses and opportunities for improvement,
- Coordinate assessment center & evaluation process,
- Support the succession planning process to assess employee potential, identify successor employees for key roles within the organization and develop successors,
- Execute organizational engagement survey process, • Research best practices & trends and performing deep analysis on effectiveness & competitiveness of existing OD programs & models.
What we expect
- Bachelor's degree from Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or relevant fields,
- Min. 3 years of experience in HR practices across all relevant areas,
- Excellent command on MS Office programs,
- SAP HR Module knowledge,
- Excellent command on English, both written and verbal,
- Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of organization,
- Ability to work and flexibility under challenging conditions and careful attention to deadlines,
- Able to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively,
- Analytical approach, strong planning, organizational and project management skills.
