GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a Training and Quality Specialist to drive excellence in our training and quality assurance processes. This role requires a keen analytical mindset, an objective approach to evaluations, and the ability to provide insightful, constructive feedback. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, proactive in identifying areas for improvement, and skilled in developing training programs that enhance overall performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call Quality Evaluation: Conduct in-depth assessments of call interactions to ensure compliance with quality standards, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Feedback & Coaching: Deliver clear, constructive, and motivational feedback, reinforcing a strong cause-and-effect relationship to drive continuous development.
  • Training Program Development: Design, implement, and facilitate effective training sessions tailored to team needs, ensuring seamless adaptation to evaluation criteria.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate detailed reports, analyze performance metrics, and provide data-driven insights to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Communication & Language Proficiency: Operate effectively in a multilingual environment; fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
  • Audit & Compliance: Conduct meticulous quality audits, leveraging strong observational skills to identify gaps and recommend process improvements.
  • Proactive Quality Assurance: Go beyond assigned tasks by conducting additional audits and actively contributing to the continuous enhancement of quality processes.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience in call quality evaluation and training, with a strong ability to assess and enhance performance.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver feedback in an engaging, educational, and results-oriented manner.
  • Expertise in training program design and facilitation, with a deep understanding of instructional best practices.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, with the ability to analyze data and generate comprehensive reports.
  • Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in identifying areas for improvement.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a strong plus).
  • Adaptable, results-driven, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
